Actually you are no longer Premium, it expired yesterday. The color of your user name is the tip off, it changes immediately whereas the banner takes a bit of time to disappear.

So I renewed it a couple days ago and it hasn't kicked in yet.
If you used the online store it unfortunately has to been done manually, using the site link is automatic. I have forwarded your post to the person that handles the them.
