Suggestion Sub catagory for Studio Scale: Kit Scans

I think that a subsection attached to the studio scale models for kit scans would be a huge instrumental tool in building kit-bashed models.

It would need some basic guidelines like having the full kit name, scale, make, model number and release date (if available) listed in the title or in the description. Scans/photos should be of the sprue trees, front and back, and a ruler for size reference.

Course images would have to be all attached or added to a server so they are not deleted or disappear over time...

But I think it would be great if it could work:angel

We are working on getting a gallery going. Would scans not be better suited for a gallery?

I would think that the Wiki would be the best place for that information.

Maybe the SS builders can come up with a thread title convention, so that a simple "sort by thread title" would show all those info threads more easily? In addition to that, the "template" that was suggested could be applied to the posts themselves. This wouldn´t make any changes or moderation necessary, and could be done by everyone, without the need of adding e.g. new prefixes or moderation or even create a subforum.

E.g.

"KIT SCAN: Hasegawa 1/24 MD Phantom IV" in the thread title and then the rest in the first post, like what´s used for what etc.

The RPF album would be a great start to hold the scans.
