Hello there,

I just noticed this when watching The Mandalorian again.
It seems that they used a soft (rubber ?) helmet for shooting fist fighting scenes, which leads to a quite funny warping. If this has already been noticed and discussed I'm sorry in advance.
Anyway, screen grabs from ep 4 :

Definitely appears that way. The vertical portion of the visor also appears much wider here.

Some helmets could be made with a wider visor for better visibility. Doing a fight scene with limited visibility would be difficult and possibly too dangerous.

Making the stunt helmets with a flexible material makes sense too.
