Only gonna do a handful of castings for friends so I can "get in and get out" and get on with the next project - I don't want to get into the kit making business, and I don't think there's too many people that want to shell out the $$ for something like this!

That is killer!!!!!
Speechless... I have no speech.
This is going to be one quality built up model.

I've done work for PCS from time to time for Mike Huggins

not as much these days as he has JT who is a talented graphic artist & model maker in his own rite.

I admit I am a bit biased when it comes to PCS , they've grown a lot of parts for me on various project posted her on the RPF

sorry for the previous rant

This Landspeeder project has been long overdue...glad to see this subject treated right

I have to honestly say, I had never given much thought to the LandSpeeder until now.
It certainly is a nice design , but I had never considered making a model of it.

It may warrant re-thinking that line... this project is so cool... I can certainly see the joy pleasure of making a nice build-up of this lil' beasty
and it would provide an excuse for me to buy some of those pricey Medicom figures
can't wait to see this with a full paint job.

By the way this info may come in handy:
These guys sell synthetic lumber products including urethane foams of various densities -for milling and machining purposes.
They sell basically the same thing as Renshape ( same formula /same chemistry) for much less the price.
"Renshape" is what "Kleenex" is to facial tissue; its the most recognized name -but, you also pay a premium for that "name"

McCausey Lumber

McCausey Lumber Company: Engineered Wood Products, Model and Pattern Materials, Scaffold Plank and More

hope this is not too off topic

So cool!

I might RC one down the road... But a full scale is a little much considering I don't have a garage :)

Man, those parts look amazing Jason, the whole project is just amazing.
Great to see this come to life.
