Whats' the mother mold made out of ? I usually use epoxy glass. For the 66 inch TOS Enterprise I'm going to use some UltraCal 30 to save some money. Epoxy at 100 dollars a gallon goes quick on these big molds. Clean nice mold.

The mothermold is hydrostone reinforced with burlap, then cast in with 1x1 pine boards to make a stand. I made a moldbox first, then laid rubber, then mothermold over it.

I worked in the studios for years and learned 90% of this stuff there. Your work has that same look. Where did you learn to do this so well?
