It's only about 20 of us who keep coming back for more :lol

Ah the horrible truth.

Can't you run some fans? Wouldn't that cool things down, and reduce the fumes?

I already am doing that Rob but thanks. Still 20 bucks might help. LOL!!

Thanks

Steve

It's a conspiracy I tell you.....LOL I would take the time to recharge your batteries and when the supplies arrive you will be good to got. Can't wait to see it.

Scott

I agree. Not the conspiracy part. I have a captain's chair to make and finish the CGI bridge so once the big girl is built I can do my short film.

Steve

This thing is looking great. Hopefully you will have it together and painted and azteked and decal-ed by this upcoming January.

Got the Epoxy today Ray. But still no Alumilite. Our heatwave will break Tuesday down to the mid 80s and low 80s by Wed. so I'll be back on track then. It is currently 110 in my shop. Glue bottles are popping and paint is leaking out bottles I'm having to bring stuff into the house or it will be ruined. Big pain in the arse..

Steve

Just wait till next week, better to do it right than risk ruining something because of the heat.

I was expecting similar problems when I set up my shop in VA, but with ventilation and a couple fans it's fine. Winter was the problem, it gets so cold it's impossible to work. Epoxy got so stiff I couldn't squeeze it out of the tubes.

I'm with you Rob. It's just awful out there. Working on the CGI bridge and making plans for the Captains chair in the office. It's like an alien planet outside the door. ;)

Steve

The captians chair.... Now that's a build I hope you post like you have here on the big E!
That my good sir is my "Mt. Everest". (ok actually the entire bridge is something I dream of building however, I don't want to come home and find it out on they front lawn and the locks to all the doors changed......)

I will but I'll do it here I have too many thread and this is one project in total. ;)

My wife would love it if I built the entire bridge.

thanks,

Steve

They seems to be fine they were fully cured before the heat hit.

BTW I just got the nacelle motors and o 12 volts they are the perfect speed and quiet as a church mouse. I'll shoot a video tomorrow. Thanks to Max! You know the guy that's building the 11.5 footer. Not this guppy! LOL!
