Sadly that's very unlikely, Ebay aren't good at banning those who deserve it. One buyer sent me scam Paypal emails and Ebay was still telling me to send the item :rolleyes

It would seem that he has taken down the listing.
As I see it, he was only selling one set that he says he got from a friend.
If you look at his feedback it's not like the usual stuff he sells.

I've just received a note from the seller. He said he purchased them from another seller and was duped.

He's shut down the thread and I've asked him to give me the name of the original seller...

Ebay can't always fix these problems. If he keeps listing them I suggest trying out a more aggressive approach. A few years ago a man was selling knock-off fender guitars and claiming them to be real but in reality they were garbage. Ebay never dealt with it so one person set up multiple accounts and were constantly buy them and never pay. They would also fill their feedback up with warnings of being scammed. After awhile the guy stopped selling the guitars!
