Starship Troopers Boot ID?

I believe the base of the MI Trooper boot was an Adidas tennis shoe of some sort. Does anyone know the specific model?

It was a hiking boot (I think that is what they called it) that was bought out by the SST production. It was a high top.

It was called a trekker boot and came in one color...Brown LOL. They did a special run just for starship in black right around 600 pairs. If you are looking for a pair it's going to be impossible I called the dude who sold the boots to SONY back in the day and they were all gone that was 1997.

There's a company in the UK selling a newer version of the boot in black and white. It might do in a pinch, and with the appropriate amount of Krylon added. You'd still need to add the upper shin section, plus all the friction clasp strapping.

LOL. Nah, I'm coming back to my USCM crew after Halloween. I've always liked SST despite the so-so sequel. Just planning things out right now for future plans.

You can buy the screen-used Trooper boots from Reel Clothes. Or you can buy the unmodified boots as part of the Camp Currie Training Outfit, also from Reel Clothes.
