Looks decent but there are some details missed:Seems simple enough. Not sure if the central sphere has a slight tear drop shape to it though. There isn't much reference for it and I don't have the movie readily available.View attachment 1413066

Well I hope you fix the model though. I'm interested!Oh interesting. The miniature is proportionately a bit different to the set build. Most apparent is the thickness of the sidewall. But I can see the surface forms present on the model now on the front as well as the back.
That's cool! Hope you can develop it more I know it can be better!I think something like this. I'll have to get hold of the movie but I will have to line it up with some of the shots from the film to be sure.

That's cool! I like it!I think I'm done with the shapes mostly. Looking at the screengrab I guess the sphere is about 6' diameter so I can figure out a scale perhaps...

anyways, can you render it from other points of view and background scenes (such as outer space or so)? I'm interested...I think I'm done with the shapes mostly. Looking at the screengrab I guess the sphere is about 6' diameter so I can figure out a scale perhaps...

Well, I still wonder if there are STL files for this model. They're cool!I think I'm done with the shapes mostly. Looking at the screengrab I guess the sphere is about 6' diameter so I can figure out a scale perhaps...

3D printed ages ago and painted with that Mirror paint that costs a fortune. Not quite so reflective as Molotov and seems to create more orange peel.
