Want to Buy Starkiller and Darth Malgus Armor Pieces

I'm interested in commissioning a few items from two different Star Wars characters. I am looking for the shoulder armor worn by Lord Starkiller and the left bracer/gauntlet worn by Darth Malgus (with working LED's). I am open on the budget, so please tell me what you think it will take to finance this project. I'd need the items by 9/25/2015. I know there has to be someone who can do this for me with all the talent on these boards!
