If I knew how to, then I would, but if anyone has started, I would like to help in any way I can. If anyone knows anyone who might be interested, please let me know.

Themes are mainly graphics. You could see how many graphics and what sizes by looking at other themes people have made. Then, it is off to the painting and drawing tools to do the creative work.
The first theme element anyone could use is high quality, widescreen, background wallpaper - an image of 1920 x 1080 resolution would work on most modern displays. A Jarvis interface might be fun idea.
If you haven't got Photoshop, no worries, there are several free graphics apps out there. If you run Windows, you can jet over to http://www.ninite.com and choose a few graphics programs to get started with. Scroll down past the browsers and stuff to see them.
I know bupkis about casting and painting, so I'm glad I could do my geek thing to help out.
Thank you, you're advice is greatly appreciated. I actually use Paint.NET. The only part I truly don't know how to do and don't understand in the slightest is how to set a theme up, changing the tool bar and adding faces and graphics to different parts of different windows.
The real prizes are the three Flickr galleries of hi-res concepts, sketches, and ideas that were not used in the movie! With a few clicks on Flickr, these can be had in 2200x900. Or, play the slide shows in the article, click the Full Screen button, and take screenshots. The Flickr galleries are here: motionographer's photosets on Flickr.
To get to the hi-res, enter a gallery - click an image - click the magnifying glass - click 'Show All Sizes', click Original (whew!), click Download, and yee-ha! You probably won't want all of them, some have the artists acting as Tony operating a 3-D interface, but there's plenty of nice ones. I have mine on random wallpaper rotation.
