Stargate Universe: Kino remote build

I wanted to make the Kino remote from Stargate Universe.

I started my making depth Files for my cnc to cut.

I then uploaded that to my carvewright CNC.

After cutting I screwed the halves together and started painting.


For the main buttons on the right I decided to use thermoplastic.

Very cool. Are you going to simulate a screen ?

This is only getting a reflective surface to look like its a screen thats off. I am planning on making another one with a correct size for my phone to replace the screen. Easy to carry at the con.
