I like the way you added the water in your photo. Wonder if there is a way to get the model to look like that using glass and LEDs?

I think the best effect I've seen, is done with the Abyss light effect
like Houdiniguy did:

there is the possibility to have only the blue light up,
and like he says, moving it closer will put the effect
inside the Stargate.
