It was kinda neat in Be Kind, Rewind, but the YouTube generation has beaten the "concept" into bloody submission.

OK, so as not to feel like a total loser, I checked the concept out.

It's a communal fan film, which is kind of neat. You pick a 15 second scene from the movie and recreate your version and add it to the chain.

But basically, it's like doing a fan-made low budget remake. YouTube is chock full of Sweded versions of movies, everything from "Back to the Future" to "Terminator 2: Judgement Day."
