This is a PVC and EL light rope made judicial laser axe from the upcoming Star Wars The Last Jedi. I was hoping to make it with a simple Halloween First Order stormtrooper costume, but that phase of the project fell through. But the axe turned out alright. It doesn't fold in or collapse the blade extensions like the movie version. I crinkled the wire to try to give that "lightning" look, and in low lighting it shows up really well...
