Here are some pictures of my latest latex mask squid head, from sculpt to finish. The main head was a 2 part mould, with the tentacles being made and attached separately.

Fantastic. Would love to see the steps you took in sculpting it. What kind of clay did you use?

I use an oil based clay called 'klean klay' that you can't get any more. I had just enough to finish my sculpt.
