So my question is this. If you had a room to makeover as a Star Wars room on say a Star Destroyer, what would you use as flooring? This is a basement and it does get cold. I wanted to do a polished concrete, probably in a gunmetal gray. Tiling the room a bit out of the question because of the price. Linoleum isn't meant for star ship travel it would seem. I did see some Diamond Plating as a possibility.
