Star Wars Rebels Kanan costume/props

Hello,
Started my Kanan build for Comic Con this year.
Building the armor with EVA foam.
Built the blaster from a Nerf pistol and Bondo, still need to finish the final paint scheme.
Will add pictures as I progress.

I've grown out the beard and will trim right before I put on the finished pieces.

This costume build is looking good. What Nerf gun did you use for the DL-18 gun.

I used the Nerf N-Strike SharpFire Blaster. It was the closest to the DL-18 that I could find. Added some PVC and Bondo. Its close, but the handle is off and some other pieces are not like the DL-18. On the upside the gun was only $13.

BTW, where did you get the lightsaber? I have been looking for a Kanan or Kanan-style lightsaber.

I built it out of parts from HD.
I had to machine the insert for the blade holder, but all the other parts are off the shelf.
I got the blade and electronics from the custom saber shop.
