The cheapest you're likely to get is a pair of english riding boots. I paid $140 for mine new, but you might get lucky if you hunt on ebay once a day. Also, if you're willing to settle for rubber "muck" boots, you'll probably find them for much less in the same style.

You have to look for german military boot with the nickname "Knobelbecher".
Search for "Knobelbecher" at ebay.de and you'll find what you're looking for.
