Star Wars 7 Flametrooper WIP

Hi all! Started a big process recently to make the new Episode 7 Flametrooper as seen in the second trailer and on display at SWCA this year!

So I began with the chest. I got a Pepakura file done up and made this baby!

Next I started on one of the biggest conquests for this suit, the flamethrower itself. No measurements and limited pictures make for a difficult build process haha Here's what I've got so far from start to current:

I'm trying to be as accurate as reasonably possible (the stock pvc is going to get cut obviously haha) Let me know what you think! Thanks!![emoji2] <br />

Thanks! Means a lot! It's a very tough build and if I can get a 3d printer I'd love to perfect the flamethrower. Hopefully this will get me through NY Comic Con and the midnight release[emoji23]

I am doing the First Order Snowtrooper using Pep files. There are some parts based on measurements that on part overlaps on two pages how do I correct that? Or do I just put that part on two pieces of card stock then join them together? Good work by the way.

Hi there! Thanks for the compliment!As for your dilemma, if its truly because of its size, then yes, let it print and then joing the pieces of cardstock. The only way to fix that would be to buy pepakura designer, which runs about $40 i believe, and then cut the piece up into smaller bits to fit on the pages. Ive had to do that with a few pieces of other projects. Or ask the file maker to do it. Hope that helped :thumbsup

I am using designer so I guess I will have to pay for it.
