Star Wars/501st Question: Is the "Shadow Stormtrooper" canon?

I saw one of the "Unleashed" Shadow Stormtrooper figures at Walmart, and was wondering if that black armored Stormtrooper is considered a Canon part of the SW universe as it relates to being in the 501st?

We would allow this in the Uk Garrison if you could 3 different sources of info.

We have games characters and all sorts now....but our club is now more of a 'costuming' club as well as adhereing to 501st rules, we've gone a little glacial and now do all sorts too.

Best post the GML in your local garrison for that one to be sure

Theres a blackhole trooper in my garrison. I think the 501st puts them under Speical ops

Shadow/Blackhole Trooper is a EU trooper that is currently accepted in the 501st Legion.

All you have to do is see the membership database in www.501st.com and look under "special operations" to see current Shadow/Blackhole Troopers in the legion.
