Finally finished my Star Trek TOS Klingon Disruptor. I love the look of this weapon. It's classic Trek design. I built mine in Fusion 360 taking measurements from auction photos of screen-used disruptors. Then all the pieces were 3-D printed on my Prusa. T get all the little finned pieces looking sharp man of the large aluminum pieces were printed in individual fins, then glued together.

Everything way finished in a custom dark green and gray. All the "aluminum" is Testors buffing metalizer.

Really gorgeous work. I bet it's better made than the original props. Are you going to make the other variant? The one from the episode where people were fighting a war by computer and marching into a dis-integrator machine? You have most of the parts already.

Was it really green and not dove grey?
Excellent question: I think most were the blue and gray. But it seems some have surfaced that were an olive green. The blue felt to similar the Federation weapons. The green feels more Klingon to me.
