Star Trek: TOS Blu-Ray Question

I know that Star Trek TOS is available in the US on Blu-ray in a set together of seasons 1-3, or that each season can be purchased individually.

Is there any advantage or bonus for buying the full set of all three seasons together, or do the individual seasons offer the exact same content? :confused

you can get rid of your old dvds, even the bonus disk stuff from best buy were incorporated into the bluray set.
