Star Trek TNG Future Imperfect commbadge - what black was used?

I know that I think Tamiya is used usually on TNG commbadges but is that what is also used around the four oblong/long oval shapes as well? Or sharpie? Or just black primer?

I don’t recall seeing a specific comment about the combadges but Krylon Semi-flat Black was a go-to for Prop’er Effects/HMS.
