Interesting bit of info regarding why some tracks on this set are labeled "Enhanced Stereo".

Neil S. Bulk:
The season two main and end titles are one of the great success stories of this set. Originally all we had was a dub down that was potted. It was the worse sounding thing in the entire collection. We also had a tape with a woodwind track and a separate female vocalist. Eventually, the orchestra only track was found, and that enabled us to restore and remix the main and end titles for season two, allowing us to replace the potted earlier tracks. And since we had these separate elements, it allowed Mike Matessino to enhance the separation a little, which is what is heard on this disc. For purists, a new mono mix is on disc one.

I really recommend listening to the audio track as well. It's almost an hour long and goes into excellent detail about what the team had access too, how they went about mastering things, how the set even came to be, plus Michael Gerhard, Matt Verboys, Lukas Kendall, Neil S. Bulk and Jeff Bond generally geeking out about their favorite scores and Star Trek moments.
