Star Trek guys..can you identify this gun?

On Voyager: episode Counterpoint, season 5, 10th episode, the race was the Devore who boarded voyager in search of telepaths.
I guess it was used on Voyager but I don't remember ever seeing it. I'm guessing it's not a federation rifle.

I don't think it was a Devore gun. The front looks totally different.
Actually I think it is the same weapon but either it's been damaged and is missing a couple pieces from the front end or it's been modified for use in another episode or show.
^THIS^ would've been my guess as well. They played that episode 1-2 weeks ago on Sci-Fi.
thats when i saw it.
the part i remember was when they were teaching them to shoot, it had the strap and i thought it looked to modern {NG looking} considering how the Fed. weapons were on Enterprise.
the scope cought my eye first.
maybe a hand me down from V or DS8.

It was made for "The Osiris Chronicles", aka "Warlord of the Galaxy". Voyager also used the pistols from that pilot with the front magazines removed. The rifles were also used in "Sliders". Maybe the pistols too, I quit watching the show near the end.
Paramount must have sold these to a prop shop, or they are renting them out. I saw the rifle, and pistols on some movie on cable, the name was something like "Star Hunter", I think it starred some stripper. I couldn't watch the whole thing, it was bad, really bad.

More likely is that all of them rented these from Modern Props or somewhere.
Paramount didn't loan or rent out much of their props.
Until they started selling them all off, they would stay in storage lockers, warehouses, whatever until another Trek production needed them.
Even now, "It's a Wrap" has to go to Paramount and pick through a storage room to pull out what gets sold every week with someone from Paramount or CBS.

The Rifle was also used by the Dream Species in the Voyager episode "Waking Moments"

They also used the sonic pistols from MR on Enterprise, as well as a rifle made for Sliders and SW. Kevmany of the weapons and various props for that matter have been reused on trek. here is another example. This was the breen rifle, it was modified into the tr-116 and later was used on enterprise.
Nope. Looks like that was the Devore rifle.

Could someone who owns the DVDs get me a screenshot of the rifle from this episode? I just picked this up and it would be nice to give a background story other then it was used in one of the Star Trek shows. :lol

Sorry to dig this up from the grave, I actually just registered so I could respond to this post lol! I think the Devore rifle prop was fantastic and there is next to no information on the internet about it. The picture in the original post is of the devore rifle with added white bits on the tip of the barrel and a slightly different top "scope" area.

It looks like a gun from Enterprise but also resembles a gun from the TNG movies.

I did eventually identify the gun.
It was first seen in the Voyager episode, "Retrospect", being held by an Entharan guard while Tom and Seven of Nine test the Terawatt Powered Particle Beam Rifle.
It is used again in the episode, "The Killing Game, Parts 1 & 2," as seen on the wall of Captain Janeway's ready room, after Voyager is taken over by the Hirogens.
It was built by Independent Studio Services for the UPN production, The Osiris Chronicles (released as The Warlord: Battle for the Galaxy), and then used on Voyager.
