Does anyone know where to purchase/obtain star trek film cells of a type that can be used for a tricorder prop viewscreen? I have tried numerous keyword searches to no avail. I attached some pics to give an idea of what I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

Often it's less trouble to just use recreate them yourself.
Use the perspective correction in Photoshop Elements, retrace/redo the graphics in a vector graphics program (Inkscape, Affinity Designer, Illustrator, ...) and then print them out on overhead projector transparency sheets.
If you do so, keep in mind that you'll usually get better results if you print a mirrored version, so the smooth plastic side is up, same way all those LCARS graphics were also done from the back.

I've made my own screens in Corel, based on screen used reference, for many Star Trek props including T'Pol, Phlox, MACO and Enterprise scanners then printed them on acetate film.
It's a process that works really well.
