I've been going through some of my boxes of work in progress props and found this one today.
It's Phlox's Retinal Imager that he used on a Suliban in the pilot "Broken Bow" and again on Rajiin in the 3rd season episode of the same name.

The main body is machined/turned aluminium with a screw on end cap for battery access. I need to cut a piece of acrylic tube to connect the main body with the top piece, which was 3D printed and has had a coat of primer and some filler to start the clean up process and remove the print lines.
