So, I scored what looks like an O'Brien Tool kit, I used HC-60 as a search function for it. I think I will have to gut part of the interior, but I will show that when I get it. Any other ideas for filler items?

I am still looking for a TNG engineering kit, I haven't seen or had luck in searching for one yet. Google images usually ends up here...

Already got that one in my Subscribed list so I can find it again. Sadly I don't get to look at Photobucket at work, so I'll have to hold off on drooling over yours for a while.

I really need the ODN kit from trekprops and I would love your details on the other props you have. I have a tricorder or three on the way for experimenting with and messing around with.

You can contact Trekprops through his blog to order the ODN kit. I would love to see some details on the other props as well. That sonic screwdriver thing is a Trekprops kit, too right?

Also, did you paint your case at all, Sulla? Or did you leave it as is?

I puttied, sanded, and painted it. It had some nasty scratches on it. I have a second one in much better condition that I will likely just sand and paint. Applied some decals, cut out the interior and lined it in gray foam (2 layers) and some black opaque acrylic. I will put together some details on the things in my case here soon.

I should have the case on hand when I get back to my normal camp here, but where I am at right now has a hobby shop just out the gate (something my current "hometown" seems to be lacking) They do have some paint, I'm wondering if you guys have any advice between hobby shop spray stuff, Krylon, Rustolieum... I don't have many options right now sadly... Recommendations on stuff to use for lining and such always welcome...

I do have a trekprops.de scanner kit "on order", mainly gotta wait until the next paycheck hits.

A lot of old bread boxes have the same kind of doors that you see on this case you would need to find one to get a pattern from but shouldnt be that hard to scratch build.

I tried to locate one of these for awhile with no luck. If you flip it on it's side it's kin to a cd shelving unit from Ikea - but who knows

Blast from the past...

I've gone on another container binge, picking up a few oddities, but was hoping someone might have saved any of the pictures posted by phase pistol. (6th post) I asked and he no longer has the pictures.

But on a similar note, anyone have any other cool finds?
