Star Trek '09 Blu-Ray / What new things have we learned about Props?

I personally thought it was interesting to see the Klingon Weapons (for the first time) in the Supplemental material.

In fact, there's a whole vignette devoted to props!

I did find a screen cap of the Tribble!

Did anyone else pick up on anything new prop-wise? Any screen caps to share?

I bought the new DVD (with the model) last night. The DVDs are actually in the model. Very cool!!

I'll post some screen caps of the Special section on props tonight.

Just got my DVD and finished watching the movie. I am not good at capturing screen pics, but I saw some more details that I am incorporating into my basic red shirt impression.

In the mean time the auction of props and costumes has yielded a few details. And the "Art of Star Trek" book is out soon too.

model version? guess I missed out on this one... I picked up the DVD at Best Buy after work yesterday and its nothing special. No fancy packaging, limited features. I wish I could see the props featurette... I guess its only on the blu ray version.

at one point on the props and costumes bit they are handing a sample piece of fabric for the uniforms. i dont know if it was ever officially identified, but if not someone should be able to identify whatever the product is their messing with and go from there.

I went an picked up my Blu-ray badge set yesterday. My Best Buy had plenty at
1pm. I pre-ordered mine, but It looks like I didn't need too. Of course they could
be gone by now.

I agree that they're really cool. I stopped by Best Buy while I was at the mall just to take a look. They have a very nice finish.

I'm disappointed they only come with the disc. A blu-ray player is not something I'm ever likely to buy.
