I can't put this in the JY, since I don't actually have it in-hand yet, but I'm thinking of offering ONE 3d printed copy of the Star Lord helmet I made last year, to someone who is as crazy about GotG as I am.
My model is, as far as I know, the only fan-made with a degree of screen-used lineage because I had access to special reference (which I can't discuss here). The helmet can be slightly custom-sized. Details have been modeled taking into account that it will be coated in spray-filler/primer. It takes about 150-200 hours to print over several stages, so will have to be spread out over several months but I would do my best to get it to you before con-season really kicks in. It would need finishing and assembly. The buyer will have to add the metal tubes to the front and sides (tube fittings are included), the braided wire covering (fittings are included) and do other small mods. The cost would be $750 with shipping, which is less than $5 per print hour. In the end, you would have the most accurate replica out there besides my own identical copy.
