Sometime back I had a guy who had a touch sensitive sliding dimmer power system for his lights and wanted me to come up with something he could use - he loved these...

The top of the blue was full lights and he could dim the lights by sliding his finger to the bottom of that inner area.

If you go to any home repair shop, they have clear switch and outlet plates.

Should be easy enough and certainly cheaper to make your own.
