ST:TNG isolinear optical chips

Hi - I know other people make isolinear chips, but as it looks reasonably easy (and we recently got a vinyl printer/cutter at work) I'd like to try and do my own.

I have good reference for the design, but I just need the overall dimensions of the chip. Does anyone know? Just to be clear, I'm talking about the original TNG rectangular ones.
