SS Probe Droid stop motion legs.

I meant to say " can't stress enough"! Not "can".
Lol , simon is a funny guy!!!
And I have bought some kits but not all.
Once I know what all the parts are , I will try and get most from one shop at one time as shipping to oz sometimes costs more than the kit itself.

Simon Willy's Jeeps are getting spendy, paid over $10 the other day for one with the Sherman, still got two to find, but may cast what i have now, save the ballache of looking lol.
Did get a fair price on a second Mig the other day, save me casting the turbine now, i think it would have cost more in rubber than the price of the kit.

Mars, no worries bud, i hear you on shipping, its not cheap in any form now, then you get those who refuse to ship abroad.......irritant to say the least.

Looking sexy Lee, the light and the end of the tunnel is nigh

Try using Parcels2go.com they do get much better rates than going direct, what ever you do dont mention resin though:lol

I'm typing up your letter tonight so will be able to see it later, How does Empire Creations sound as a tag line?

And there were five, fcuk yeah...............sorry, but these things have burned me out, im STOKED to be at this stage now, as most weekends these arms have scared me, more than Pennywise the clown too, and that my friends.......is SCARY!
Really, nearly, there now, then i can take me replica ILM photo, and ship them off to the other fella lol.

Jason, thanks bud, i really am sorry i cant build you a set, but i just cant face this again lol, i will get you a shopping list together ASAP though, promise!

Thanks Andre and Scott, and ill be in touch Andre, just had a lot on my plate of late to even think much on Y wings!

Lee

Dude, if you could squeeze me in, I would so appreciate a shopping list for the probe legs as well! I've been searching high and low for the kit for so long because of your build! I had a chance to buy one once for $600 but turned it down because I heard it was sloppy. That's when I only wanted to buy and build resin models. Then I get into the side of SS models that require buying thousands of dollars worth of donor models....I see your build and think I could have done that! I have been kicking myself in the ass ever since! LOL! I should've purchased it! :facepalm

I think if I can build the legs and get an idea of the size relationships...I might be able to pull a scratch body.

Again, if you don't mind, I would be grateful.

Oh man!
So close and yet so far!
What a great job mate.
I was very lucky to persuade Lee, unfortunatey I have ruined him !lol
Seriously , Lee has always updated whether he had something done or not.
Real pleasure to deal with someone that conducts himself the way he does.
I could not of asked for anything better,
Thank you
Mars

Well, finally, im in a good place on this build. Ive been pretty exhausted of late to even touch them, but as of today, all i have left, is ONE brass damper piston, and im DONE.
Leg number five now fully built, and working like a charm.
I can wave goodbye to these PITA things, but, for the moment, its kinda cool knowing theres only three articulate studio scale Probe Droids out there lol.
Had to do this photo, needed a grin lol, damn, i should have shaved lol.
Anyhoo, these are getting done, maybe tomorrow if i get chance, so you'll see them next adorning a scratchbuilt droid down under!

bests........lee
