SS Galactica Shuttle

Last weekend I finished work on the SMT Galactica shuttle (which I think is studio scale. If not, please move this to general modelling). This has been a very enjoyable project.

Inspired by a fellow modelbuilder I built my own cockpit. It in no way resembles the original, it's just my interpretation of the inside - with what I had available at that hour :rolleyes

The weathering is perfect. The original model as seen on screen looked quite clean. You have captured the look perfectly, well done.

I SO want one of these models, but might have to build my own. I have most of the kit parts already, but there are a few tricky parts I'm not sure about. Anybody able to help out with castings?:love

Very nice! I never realized how big the BSG Shuttle would actually be until I saw the cockpit with the seats. That sucker was huge for a shuttle!:lol
