SPSABERS LEGACY (ShaunP Props). Anyone hear from him?

So I have a Sideous Saber and display case on order. It has been quite a while. I went to check for an update. His site and Facebook were gone. I received no warning or notice about this. I emailed him and he said he was finishing the last sabers and would be mailing them out. Since then I have emailed repeatedly and received no response.

Anyone know him, or have heard from him?????
 
I know he closed his business, he’ been telling everyone for a few months.

I suggest contacting one of the mods and explaining your situation

I had not see any communications from this customer, but am taking care of it now someone alerted me to this thread

So I have ordered 2 Sidious Sabers before he closed his business back in February and have still not received them. I got an email in May that the last hilts were being posted soon and to email if tracking didn't update, which I did over a month ago and have received no response. I don't want to be a pain or be a bother as I know there were a lot of orders to get through but just wanted to see if there if anyone knew another way of getting in touch to check for an update?

That’s good. May be worth the OP taking him here, and hoping he checks the site.

Sadly I wouldn't hold your breath. I have had a TERRIBLE experience with SPSabers. Still waiting (won't get them) on two replacement pieces from an order received back in November of 2022. Multiple conversations with him and he would update and show things shipped, but nothing. Also waiting on 2 or 4 stands I ordered that never shipped from a year ago. Same thing, same excuses and multiple conversations. Many where he would never respond, etc. Last communication I received from him was during the time he was shutting down and he stated he was not going to be making the stands and issuing refunds that night, which I NEVER received. I filled out the contact form on here too and no response.

I’ve seen he has been active through Facebook as of yesterday.

He’s even active on Discord. I get that he wants to be part of the community, not as a vendor, but as an occasional bystander. But at least have the decency to provide some level of customer service and fulfill the orders you still owe
 
I have the same problem. I have been assured by him it's about to ship after months of being told it's almost ready. He told me on the 9th it would ship on the 10th. So far nothing and no response to requests for an update. This is after six months of non update updates after numerous tries for each.
 
Well just to update I'm still waiting on my hilts and aside from asking for my order number twice, which I provided twice I've had no response to multiple emails
 
He's been ghosting people, and he even changed his FB profile name so that people can't find and contact him anymore. He doesn't reply to emails (barely ever did) and even having trouble fulfilling his end of the deal with Shadowfoil for the painted buttons of the Youngling Slayer...

It's one thing to screw over loyal customers who will wait come what may, but now he's also affecting runs from other vendors :mad:

We were always afraid he'd one day just bail with all the money and orders unfulfilled. Before he used to respond in the SP FB group. Now, apparently he has left that group completely....

This is honestly sickening
