The 'latex spray' that you are talking about is paint, not latex. It is simply somewhat more flexible than regular paint. I've used it, it is absolutely not suitable for what you want to do. It is not flexible nor thick enough.

The answer is NO.... I have done it... When you spray H2O latex in any color on a Mr. Incredible suit it absorbs right through the material and doesn't stick at all... You need to coat the suit with liquid latex which is about $40/gallon on average... Now that being said, Krylon H2O Liquid Latex Spray Paint is the best paint to paint your suit with if you have to use rattle cans and don't have an airbrush gun... It sticks better than normal enamel spray paint... but you will still need to cover the paint when done with something like perma wet because it will eventually crack and flake off if you don't...
Beware, that paint shoots out of the can strange... It kind of spatters and foams a bit like whip cream then settles down once it hits the surface you are painting....

ill say it again. don't use it at all. it will rot the latex.
