Hi guys, here are a few pictures of my paperback version from Spock's book as seen in first episode of season two from Star Trek - Picard.

What are the details on how you made it?

Well, first I took an old paperback I don't read anymore, wrapped a blank sheet of paper around and made some sharp edges. Took the measures and put them in my graphic software. Then I was looking for the fonts and the colors and recreated the title and the spine. Printed the file on dull photo paper and wrapped it around the paperback.
So far I made about 20 different fake books from various TV shows and movies.

I'm not a fan of NuTrek but even I'm tempted to make a hardcover version of this book complete with pages. ;p
