Spider-Man Mask Sewing Help?

I've been digging through threads (and maybe not hard enough) and couldn't find anything to help me sew my spidey mask together. I'm going to be using kenlandrums print and have seen numerous pictures trying to explain which parts of the mask sew together, but I'm still lost. Are there any detailed tutorials or anyone out there that can help me?

P.S. It's the detached mask file if that helps anything

I still struggle to line up the webs without overlapping, or not lining up properly, so maybe someone else can offer us both some advice on fixing that
