Spengler Pke Meter: Ghostbusters Afterlife

This is my first attempt at the Pke meter/taser used by the Spenglers in Ghostbusters Afterlife.
I'm just going to do basic leds and lights in terms of electronics.
The main guts of it will pop open the wings and enter taser mode when pressing the back dummy switch.
No servos, just bungees.
