Special Effect Mask Making (who does good work?)

Hey friends,

For a project I've been working on for a while now, I need an alien creature. Long story short, I think the best way I can pull off the special effects is to have the actor wear a nice Special Effect Mask and have their voice over dubbed. So you would hear the alien speaking but you can't actually SEE the alien moving a mouth or anything. Just suspend your disbelief!

Anyway, I was thinking about how great the alien from Mass Effect the video game looked. I will attach photos at the bottom.

Who can make a great mask of this character that an actor could wear and wouldn't need to worry about having a moving mouth. Anyone on the RPF make Special Effects Masks?
