You seriously don't want to consider the cheap ones. They have a tendancy to bypass the safety checks that go along with contact lenses. In the US they are considered something along the lines as a medical device... so it's regulated. If they don't want a prescription for it and they are cheap... then keep looking. Very bad things can happen from bad lenses.

The company that Guan-thwei is recomending is http://www.9mmsfx.com/ and is highly recomended in the FX realm.

Those listed above are indeed the most accurate to a true Predator lense. And the statements made by the others about make sure
you get a quality lense is also correct. However, if you KNOW you are purchasing Gothika Brand then you can purchase with peace
of mind, regardless of price. Gothika brand can be custom made to your prescription, too! I work at a haunted house as a fabricator,
makeup artist and actor, after years of use and the fact that they're made here in the US and pass all the guidelines, I swear by em'!!
www,exoticlenses.com also carries Gothika brand. Btw, I wear "Redwolf" lenses with my suit. Hope this helps, be well!

I recommend the 9mm SFX lenses or going through FX Eyes, another US supplier for those on a budget but that adhere to safety standards. FX have done custom lenses for me, but I also use 9mm. If you want to go nuts, you can use Pro Vision Care, they make kick ass lenses and were the first to make special effects lenses. The cheapo lenses can have bad edges and actually cut or scratch your eye. Have your eyes measured so you have your base curve numbers and order from the pros, because you only get one set of eyes in this life.

I swear by " http://www.nekosclera.co.uk/ " The service is incredible, and you can not beat the price for  really beautiful fx lenses.. here is an example I wore for the Machiko costume

One contact is a full Sclera lense, vision is nearly there, mostly impaired. The other eye is a mini Sclera or 19mm lens. The 19mm is very comfortable and thin, its almost like a circle lens where Scleras are not the best for first time users, they can be quite difficult to  put in.  This company has tons of different styles to choose from and many of them would be perfect for a Pred suit up, just remember with full Scleras you do not want to really exceed 5/6 hours of wear!

Nice find with this site, good source for affordable scleras! The blind eye and subtle scarring make-up on your Machiko costume really brings the character alive. I somehow missed this and just checked out your build thread, awesome work!

I've found another website that sells high quality lenses, they even do Predator ones. Like 9mmsfx though, they don't come cheap

The scaleras are a pint to get in-- I have a set of 20mm and can not get them in one eye at all.
