The movie one didn't have rivets around the edge did it? Looks pretty nice otherwise.

This one is based on the comic, not the movie so the look is different.
Too smooth and thin looking for me.

Just get a cheap sword to hack up the edges, make some dents with a pickaxe, and Bondo the edge for some thickness. Would look pretty cool.
