I am interested, but only in the V2 design.
I have a large format SLA resin printer. Since I’m not keen on sanding the crap out of PLA, could I request to print mine out on my resin printer?

Is it airtight and can protect me from the vaccuum of space though?
I would be making the file available on Etsy like the original, but I can make you the visor if you so choose if the run goes through
They would be printed in singular parts on a large format 3d printer, so no slices, and would be a very clean print as I have a lot of experience with these machines.
Unfortunately...no...would be nice though
I have received an order for a completed helmet, and so I will hopefully be offering the visors and kit in the coming month. If a couple more people join the run I will do the v2 design. I’ll update on the fabrication of the buck soon.

Saw his V1 in person at the SoCal RPF party last year - it's badass.

What's the difference between the V1 and the V2?
I'll second HighlanderFX's question. I'm on a SpaceX/NASA high, and thinking this may be my Halloween costume. Both launch and covid relative. May even milk a Christmas card photo out of it. I don't mind printing and prepping myself, but wondering when the V2 would be available and how drastic are the changes? Thanks.
Could you share what your digital files look like? I interested in how many parts it will be. I have a CR-10.
I need this kit!!! My Dad is obsessed with Space X right now... it'd be a great Christmas gift!!!!!
