Space 1999 Hawk MPC kit

I've made the 10inch mpc kit of the Hawk from Space 1999. 3 days to build and paint the model and 9 days to apply the decals!

I wish I could say it's not as bad as it seems. Sadly, it is.

Now on to the 1/48 scale version, with all those decals.

Nicely done but the pictures came out a bit red rather than orange.

Painted with Humbrol 18. Don't know if that's right.

I did 2 of them, one orange and the other the white version. Yes decaling WAS challenging my mental stability.

But even worse were the 6 Eagles.

Doesn't bear thinking about! Still, well done for that achievement, probably getting on for 1000 decals!
