hey guys - wanting some opinions

have used search tools that have yielded no results.
been looking through their stuff for a while now, but have yet to take the plunge. Primarily looking at the Kroenen (yep - I realise the overcoat is 100% accurate in cut and colour) and Rocketeer stuff.

whats the general consensus of stalwart costumers on here?

looking specifically in terms of:
(1) price
(2) quality
(3) customer service

and any other general comments previous customers may have?

most bang for the buck
my friend and i have 3 or 4 jackets between us
pretty well made
fast shipping
no price difference for custom size or color
got all the jackets right the first time
probably not as nice as wested or abbeyshot but at a third the cost
i can live with it

I had a custom Kroenen jacket (not overcoat) made by them. It was great and pretty much perfect to my specs. Price was good, and delivery was quick.

The Rocketeer Jacket is great for the price. Cheapest one online. Only recomendation is change the buttons to brass ones.

My jacket was made for a custom fit. Took about 3-4 weeks to recieve. They have them made from a third world country. I didn't know until I recieved the package and checked the shipping address.

The pictures on their website are misleading, and are not pictures of their actual items.

But overall, the best bang for your buck for the rocketeer jacket. It saves you a few hundred dollars going with them.

I am gonna try with the tunic from SBL - since LDR has had a good experience with em, SBL is offering free shippin at the mo' and its within budget

I also have their Rocketeer jacket and agree for the money you can't go wrong- and I also agree on the buttons, the ones that come with the jacket are awful!
