Source for miniature velvet rope style stanchions?

My sister is getting me one of the 1/24 Deloreans for Christmas for my desk at work. People like to screw with stuff on my desk so as a joke, I want a miniature barrier to put around it and I'm going to make a little DO NOT TOUCH plaque. Just wondered if anyone had ever seen any mini stanchions so I don't have to make my own.
