Sonic screwdriver licensed replicas.

I can't believe nobody has issued my LEAST FAVORITE phrase on the RPF quite yet. So please, let me be the first...

I'm in, depending on price and pics.

I have to say they make great stuff, but to be completely honest
they are overpriced. So the pics will be great, and the price will not be.

I would take the Eccleston version even if it didn't have sound (if the size wouldn't accomdate it). Though it would still have to have a working light.

I'd prefer the version that doesn't keep breaking, and I'm pretty sure the Ecclestan one was notorious for that.

Exactly ;) The size of its components were amoung the most notorious. The Tennant One is far more sturdier, and the biggest difference aside from the scaling is the wire colours in the tubeing and how the handle was painted...

However, in all honesty, since they are doing the Laser Screwdriver you can bet that they will be doing the most recent version of the Screwdriver, being Tennants.

Wow! Just what I've been waiting for!

I'd DEFINATELY prefer the Eccleston version of the sonic. :)

Just to toss this out. Not interested in a Judoon scanner. Might be interested in a laser screwdriver, however if it will cost more than $150.00 US shipped, I'll just do with the Character Options toy version and call myself happy. But the Sonic.... I'll be getting two for sure, three perhaps, if I can afford it.

Build it like Tennant's, detail it like Eccelston's. Best of both worlds, won't be flimsy like Chris' Sonic, but just as sexy.

I have to agree, I'd not likely pick up the Judoon scanner unless they start showing up a lot more than that one episode. However, I'll take the Master's Laserscrewdriver and the SS anytime.

So you would rather a slightly porcelin coloured handle and red/black wires as opposed to the slightly more worn handle and yellow/clear wire?

Is it not kind of silly at that point when comparing the models?

Well I realize that...but when there is so little seperating the versions...its not as noticable or big as say Lukes ANH to ESB sabers...the details are so teeny tiny difference to be requesting the previous one over the newer one just based on a paint job and wire colour? Can just mod it after anyway no?

Especially since the are quite low that they would do Eccelsons?

Actually, Eccleston's sonic was a bit smaller than Tennant's. His was porcelan, while Tennant;s is just grey, or, gray depending on which side of the pond you're on. :lol When I say Eccleston's I'm going for the over all size of the prop. I like the smaller version better. Tennant's reminds me of the Character Options one, which I already have. Could care less about the wire colors...
