Hey guys, a friend of mine from work is getting married on April 1st. Kind of short notice but he was hoping that someone might be able to pick them up from the wedding and take them to their hotel. Short trip.

I know Gary recently got rid of his, but is there anyone else (Besides Video Bob) that has a BTTF Delorean that can pick them up? He said another cool show or movie car would work and he'll pay you for your time. This would be in Dallas, TX.

I mentioned that one was probably more common and he wants something along the lines of a Caddy Ecto, Delorean, or something like that.

Yeah, that would be great, but realistically there is little to no chance to find one in a couple weeks, Unless you build one yourself

I know I thought I'd try though. He is none too familiar with the community. He does a lot of video work and such and I said "Just make sure you never try a guy named Video Bob" and he said "That name is familiar" He tried contacting Video Bob about something unrelated a year or two ago about something else and said the guy was a complete tool. And all I could said was "Yeah that was probably him"

I figure there is someone within a few hundred miles of here who can come down for a day and say "yeah I'll do it for $XXX"

He's a nice guy if you have something I'll give you his number or vice versa and you two can talk it out.

So one good thing will come out of your location, so I live in San Diego CA, If I did have a car I would drive down in a second, But I dont, Sorry....But, since you are in Dallas TX I would highly consider contacting the Delorean showroom ( in Dallas TX ), go to delorean.com and go to for sale, and for rent. I remember a week ago they had the BTTF Delorean for rent (and Sale ), If all else fails you can always drive out and rent a normal one for a few bucks

Deloreans are pretty tiny and they're only two seaters. If they want somebody to pick them up and drive them somewhere, not just borrow to drive themselves from the reception to the hotel, it would probably be better to look for a different car.
