A process of vacuum - metalization for the chrome and we did it at my friend's work shop, its hard to make the chrome end up perfect cause sometimes will hav some small dots at the surface. We did 5 chrome helmet ( Mark II version ) but only 2 i think is nearly perfect.
I will post some picture of the Fully chrome MARK II version helmet on display later.

looks like a resin skin backed with foam. Nice work on the suit, I look foward to seeing how you tool the masters.

Depend on the final look... I Think IF this suit has a price tag of below 1.5K as a kit or below 2.5K fully painted... Mister honestly i Think you have a gold(plated:lol ) mine in your hands. BUT still no one can put a price on 'blood and sweat' right?!...And that's the bottom line coz Stone Cold said so!!:angry ...Mommy I want one:cry

We use white foam to sketch the size of the suit , and add a layer of meterial similar like clay to the surface of the foam what i call parti clay , ppl use for repair car bumper or boat. After that , we sculpt out the details of the armour than separate parts for molding.
